- the customer did not receive a product.
- the customer received a product that does not match their order.
Not receiving the Order
If a customer did not get the product, the customer must first report the incident by sending an email to info@elegantbag.ca.
If we verify that you did not receive the item, we will refund you in the form of a credit from your record listed on our store.
Receiving a product that does not match their order
If a customer received a product that does not match their order, they can request a return from Elegant Bag.
We will check the product description, the picture of the item if provided, and all the information about the product that the customer provides. If we are unable to verify that the item matches the posting, we will offer alternative solutions like a replacement or a refund.
