You will receive shipping rates based on shipping address and postal code entered at the checkout screen. Free shipping on all orders over $99.

It depends on your location but we will deliver it as soon as possible.

Yes, items on sale can be refunded.

The return address will be indicated on the package and may differ based on the customer’s location (i.e. West Coast customers may need to ship back to the West Coast warehouse etc.)

The customer pays for the shipping costs, in a case of a return.

If you’re going away on vacation or simply want to change the destination of your next bag, simply log in to your account and change the shipping address. All changed submitted after the 15th of each month will still receive the next month bag at the prior address.

No, customers can simply send us the product.
